Value for money!! Got the starter + main for £10 deal as the friendly staff recommend For starters halloumi fries which were home made and delicious + breaded prawns which were very big and tasty. For mains vegan burger which was lovely according to my gf + breaded scampi which was unbeatable. Awesome service as well! Would definitely come again.
This is a large friendly pub with 2 floors and plenty of seating. Great selection of real ales. 2 main meals for £10.

Good selection of beers and ales. Food wise, well, skip the Sunday roast and the cauliflower cheese. My friends ordered that and it was horribly burned and tasted bad. Mac and cheese with the loaded pork belly was delicious though. Glad I read through the reviews here and ordered that instead of the roast. Service was a bit slow so only come here if you have time to kill. Bathroom isn't as bad as the other reviews say but it could be because we went on a Sunday early evening.
Food came cold, Yorkshire pudding was very cold, almost frozen, chicken had a weird smell, coca cola had a week flavour place not recommended for food
