I didn't eat but the setting is lovely and staff very polite and helpful.
Drank outside on the table near the pavement. Dogs 🐕 not allowed in the pub as I informed at the bar. However was satisfied as the dog sitting outside. Plenty of choices of 2 real ales. Plus dryneck on the bar. The wife had a white wine.
Finally had dinner at this pub after talking about coming here for years. Was very excited to finally eat here, but no salutations from the owner, no thank you’s, no smile, no friendliness and did not feel very welcome at all. No vegetarian or dessert options available.
A delightful visit last night. If you like beautiful food, then visit this public house. The Owners were friendly and welcoming, our food was beautifully cooked and presented. Our waitress was attentive and very professional. I highly recommend this pub.
Had a gorgeous Sunday lunch a couple of months ago. Loved the beef. So tender. Our daughter adored salmon with orange sauce. Desserts all so yummy. We needed a walk 🤣. Yes, a definite delicious Sunday.
