I had an amazing experience at this place! The service provided by Usama was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and always ready to make our dining experience enjoyable. The hotel staff overall was welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch. A perfect stay that exceeded my expectations! Will definitely visit again

We went to celebrate birthday,we were seated by the toilets ,the smell was horrible, the service was pretty much non existent, mains arrived over 1 hr after starters, only when I went to ask waiter , all waiters seemed to be occupied in the main section as restaurant was really busy, we were forgotten about, they did not ask if we need more drinks, drinks were delivered wrong in the first place, we ordered medium well done steaks- they came dripping with blood!!! Not acceptable when we paid over £150 for our meal, extremely disappointed and will certainly won't be back

Really lovely restaurant, the style of the place is pretty chilled. However there is also an element of fancy fancy but not so much that you can't relax. Came here on a couples "date" afternoon. So the place was busy enough to have a nice vibe but not manic. Staff are friendly and pretty attentive. We felt a tiny bit rushed at the start but I'm nit picking as the overall experience was great. Food is really good and came out quickly once we had ordered. They make really good cocktails and the white wine was cold which lots of places fail to achieve. Would recommend the rump steak 😋

Came with a large group and were seated in an area towards the rear of the restaurant. Good layout, we had plenty of space and was perfect for our needs. Service was good, the waitress was very polite and helpful with the kids when trying to order as they weren't used to or didn't even really know how steak is done and helped explain the side choices. Food was good and well presented. No complaints from anyone and kids cleaned their plates. Had a good experience here and would be happy to come again.
