Nice food and decent drinks. Service was fairly quick, but refused to do a tab, which was a real pain when having a meal and a few drinks.

Friendly and nice food. My nan used to come here regularly before she passed away recently. Knew everyone by name and they even let her take her leftovers home. Such welcoming atmosphere as most of our family get togethers here. Thanks guys for helping my family create memories

Cheap basic food, big portions and left feeling well fed! Good variety of beer and friendly staff. Visited on a Tuesday and they were definitely understaffed and struggling to keep up with orders but struggling with a smile

Service was good, staff are friendly most of the time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the meals we ordered. The steak had numerous tendons and was tough. The bacon cheeseburger was lacking bacon. The only good thing was the Home Run burger.

Not a bad pub, if a little rough around the edges but then you get what you pay for I guess. An expansive menu, although when it came to ordering I was advised some items were not available- which is becoming more common at the moment everywhere with distribution/staffing issues so fair enough! The woman on the till was very nice although absolutely rushed off her feet it seemed, it was apparent her shift had ended but she was trying her best to serve customers still, so fair play to her. I was in on a Monday so there was an offer on the steaks, whilst not the best steak I’ve ever had for the money you can’t go wrong really! I asked for medium-rare and that’s what I got, although no one came over to ask if my food was ok. I noticed that a lot of the staff seemed to know a lot of the other customers who were also eating, so a good locals relationship which is nice to see, but maybe a little more care for new/traveling customers wouldn’t go amiss. There’s an adequate car park outside the pub.
