The buccaneer takes its name from the aircraft built at the Brough Aerospace factory. It's a lovely traditional pub with a good range of beers, lagers, and cider, including some good hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a good food menu And the pub grub is excellent.
The landlord Very friendly but this pub needs the owners to spend some of there vast amounts of money on the place instead of the share holders creaming all the profits then it will get back to the GREAT pub that it used to be in the noughties and before used to get great meals in the buccaneer great pub grub

Excellent traditional pub. Tasty homemade food and Timothy Taylor Landlord on draught. Friendly service too.
Really nice home cooked food, good menu to choose from and fair prices.
