I'll put money on it being closed in less than 6 months, ok if you like the rubbish commercial beers Carling,fosters,john Smith's etc, but if you want a decent pint forget it, plenty hand pumps on show but that's it just for show,oh and think it's about £3.50 a pint where everywhere else roughly £2.50. Joke of a place
Ordered and paid for 3 x cheese and onion pies. After waiting 30 minutes a member of staff asked if we had ordered fish and chips. Then we went to the bar to be told they had no cheese and onion pie and the order was put through wrong. We got a cash refund but had nothing to eat before seeing a show. 🙄
Well price good food hot & served to the table. Place was clean & nicely decorated staff & service was good. My only complaint was it was a little chilly & seemed to be heated with small home grade convection heaters
Although the interior hasn't change much, it was chillym mostly due to the clientele constantly leaving the doors open. The football rush had just left but a few tables needed cleaning. But the the food arrived WOW !!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 😍 c & onion pie and proper chips, dirty fries and a cheese burger 🍔 😋 wow thank you
Been a couple of times for food, and had mixed experiences. Service was good, staff friendly, and the place generally looks good. On the last occasion, ordered a flavoured chicken baguette. If the menu had said it was gonna be plastered thickly with what appeared to be Stork Margarine I wouldn't have ordered it. Had to scrape most of the Marg off before I attempted it, but it was still covered, so I removed the chicken to eat it without the bread, but the chicken was also plastered in flipping margarine! I left the lot.
