On Friday 20th March, the UK Government advised that all Public Houses and Restaurants in the UK were to closed at midnight, in order to reduce the number of social gatherings to slow the spread of the Coronavirus.
At that point, The Bruce Arms as we knew it closed its doors for the foreseeable future.
The Bruce Arms now operates as a Takeaway business, where it is able to provide a scaled down food menu (with changing weekly specials) and are also able to sell soft drinks and alcohol, including cask ales and draft lager (until it runs out).
Thank you to all for your continued support during this difficult time. Stay safe, love and peace, Team Bruce less

The award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is the distillery's inaugural spirit release.
Every drop is distilled in Tarbert in their small copper gin still, known affectionately as 'The Dottach' after a similarly fiery and feisty local woman.
