About us

Here at the Brown Cow, you're always guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

Whether you choose to relax in our comfortable lounge where there's an open fire, or in our modern tap room, we're one of the best pubs around for socialising with friends and family. With our varied programme of regular events we offer something for everyone.

We serve some of the finest craft beers, real ale, real cider and award-winning gins, along with a selection of fine wines, spirits and mixers. We also serve a variety of soft drinks and coffee and tea for those that prefer. The Brown Cow welcomes everyone to our safe and friendly pub and we're also dog friendly – with fresh water provided and a crunchy treat for those well-behaved pups ;) We have a reasonable sized car park but recommend you leave the car at home if you can. We have a large outdoor seating area for the finer weather and provide free WiFi. Not that you’ll need it as you’ll be chatting with the locals in no time!

The Brown Cow is proud to serve Timothy Taylor’s and Goose Eye Brewery ales. These regulars on tap are Landlord (4.3% abv), the classic pale ale and Boltmaker (4.0% abv), a bold and tasty Yorkshire bitter. These are alongside Spring Wells (3.6% abv) from Goose Eye Brewery, a full flavour light ale brimming with American hops. The bar also keeps up to four guest real ales at any one time, that can feature hoppy and light ales, to toffee and dark stouts. These four taps are rotated on a regular basis. - You can see what's arriving On Tap next from our instagram feed below or why not follow us on Instagram @browncow_kly so we're always in your pocket!.

Undoubtedly the best choice of beers in Keighley- the Bold as Love brewed by Castle Rock is a fitting last pint of the day.

Lovely pub, really made welcome. Great pint of Taylors Boltmaker at a perfect temperature. Long time since I've called there and won't leave it as long again.
