Our group had an incredible time for bottomless brunch on a busy Saturday. There were arts and crafts on the table and amazing music playing. Nadia our server was the most wonderful person, ensuring we never saw the bottom of our drinks, and defiantly made our experience so much better then we expected. 100% would recommend. Nadia, if you are reading this, we love you 🫶
Went to bottomless brunch for my 30th, severed by Connor. He was 10\10 with his service. Drinks were not finished and the next were arriving. All of us were very impressed with our experience. Amazing. Highly recommend. Thanks Connor! 🥰
Went for bottomless brunch. Service great, cocktails lovely and did very tasty. But it was cold and rather bleak atmosphere.
They always have good cocktails Second review: Yesterday, my friend and I had an awful experience. Initially, our cocktails were prepared in broken glass and then in a glass with pink lipstick. The staff seemed displeased when we requested a glass replacements for both incidents. A broken glass poses a safety risk, and a dirty one is simply unpleasant. We expressed our concerns to the barman, immediately after the manager came to confront us at our table, showing disrespect and lack of professionalism. After the scene he created he shouted us "I'm going to kick you both out with the security" I am still perplexed about his behaviour. We requested CCTV footage to validate our complaint, and the incident occurred at table 26 around 8:30 PM. This experience raises serious doubts about the staff's competence, and the manager urgently needs training in conflict resolution and manners. If this is how customers are treated, one can only wonder about his treatment of the staff. Overall, a horrendous experience.
Bottomless brunch was amazing. Connor was our server and his service was outstanding. I’ve never been to a bottomless brunch where I have had so many drinks flowing at such a fast pace… turtle bay have some catching up to do!!! Slug and lettuce service was fast, polite and friendly. Great food choices, great drinks choices. 100% will be using slug and lettuce from now on. Thank you so much Connor and team!
