Our aim at BRICK & LIQUOR is to provide great hospitality in friendly neighbourhood venues. We've got a great range of unique cocktails alongside a food menu which is purpose made for sharing.
Curious, conversation starting concoctions, with classic twists such as the ‘Salted Caramel Espresso Martini’, alongside unique creations such as the ‘Nine & A Half Weeks’; a blend of Havana 3 rum, orange curacao, white vermouth and orange bitters, aged for nine and a half weeks within a merlot and IPA conditioned oak cask.
We passionately believe that good food is best when shared with people we love so we've spent years crafting a menu of 'Social Eats'; from small plates to large platters; all of which are purpose made-for sharing.
Our menu takes influence from Europe and Asia, with dishes like Chorizo Arancini; hand crumbed risotto croquettes, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, chorizo and served with home-made white truffle mayo.
