Amazing food served with a smile and extreme helpfulness by Iz. Charlie was extremely patient and kind and also complimentary. A lovely young woman and man.
We come to B&K Southampton most Mondays for the quiz night, as well as the £11 Burger and a Pint deal, which is excellent value. The food is prompt and tasty, the staff are friendly, and the quiz is really good fun. Would thoroughly recommend!
Selection of beer and cider was good. Food was over priced the natchos (pictured) took the piss for £8-I will NOT be coming back!!!
We had a 21st birthday party here. We decided in a buffet menu which was great. We had a private area near the brewing area which was perfect for our party of 20 plus people. A great choice of beers to try too. The communication with the venue was also good. We would go for group events again and would definitely recommend.
The young female serving staff were short, abrupt and did not get our orders correct. Timing and order of food arrived cold and incorrectly. Beef was blue rare ( inedible) not medium rare as requested . When brought to their attention staff blamed us the customer and replied with annoyed attitude. Asked for tea for two of us. Delivered tea for one and wanted to charge for another pot of tea when asked for hot water The gentleman at the bar was busy and seemed nice enough and redirected the girls to correct order but bad attitude remained. Too bad. The first time we were there we were served by an older lady. She couldn’t have been nicer. Things were great then.
