Located in the maltings of our old brewery, the Brewery Tap is steeped in history and the perfect place to sample our unique, characterful beers. Or a fresh coffee and slice of cake if that’s the way you roll.
You’ll also discover a great food menu featuring everything from breakfast, brunch and lighter bites to more hearty dishes, like our award-winning steak & ale pie, which is almost as legendary as the Tangle Foot beer we use in it.

My friends and I arrived at unusual time of 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and despite the place being a little empty the staff were friendly, inviting and helpful. A really unique place with great food options and wonderful craft beers. Would definitely go again when we are in the area. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and for the superb service.

Potentially a great venue. Went for breakfast. Highlights - looks stunning, lots of family events advertised, some great choices foodwise (good vegan options), and friendly service. Lowlights - food was underwhelming. Vegan breakfast has dry sourdough with no spread, a small amount of bruised avocado and some past its best rather slimy watercress. The vegan sausage sandwich was dry (no spread, didn't have any). The avocado toast though got full marks! Will definitely go back as it's a great setting with great beer, just a shame about the food.
I only recently found out that this 250 year old family brewery had opened an on-site tap room / pub, so just had to visit. On the outskirts of the main town, this is a fascinating establishment built within the original Victorian malt store, and is packed with memories of the brewery in the past. As you'd expect, the beer range is excellent, and food looked good too - pretty much regular pub dishes, but reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though on my visit service was a bit erratic, basically because new staff were being trained "on the job" that day. There's easy parking on site, or it's just a few minutes walk from Blandford town centre. Well recommended.
