Food looked very nice, beer was good. Nice to visit after walk on the hills. Staff local and very friendly.
Unspoilt traditional pub with excellent draft beers. Very good food (chicken pie and ham with onion sauce). Welcoming bar staff and server. Recommend.
Lovely quaint little place. It’s locals-owned and the staff were very kind. Food was great - I had a chicken and leek pot pie
Really nice pub in a great setting. We were a group of 19 who called in for lunch without a booking on a nice day. They accommodated us without fuss and we had really nice drinks and food. It's a community pub and the friendly lady behind the bar was a volunteer. Great views over the countryside too.
Fantastic little gem of a pub. After a hill walk over The Sugar Loaf hill it was a perfect spot for lunch. Very reasonable prices and food was great.
