About us

It is a spirit embraced by BrewDog Bristol, which opened in 2012 and fast-became another eclectic outpost in this most transformative of cities. Through our signature reclaimed interior, lashings of exposed brickwork and views over the city's historic waterways, we've made BrewDog Bristol an unrelenting collision of tradition and modernity.

Our bar harbours hundreds of cutting edge, rare and downright awesome craft beers from across the seven seas, serves bangin' hand stretched sour-dough base pizzas, and promises to shelter anyone wishing to tack against the bluster of the mainstream.

We came for the buy a meal get another for a pound deal. The service was really good and friendly, able to provide recommendations on what beers to try. Unfortunately the staff had some issues resulting in a delay in serving food through not fault of their own. We were happy to wait and had some drinks whilst waiting for our food. We had a good evening

Tom is not just a great man, he is also dashingly handsome, I heard he used to be a stuntman. Could he arm wrestle a bear and win? Maybe... could he steal your girlfriend with a simple wink possibly. Either way, he pulls a great 2/3 and deserve a huge pay rise. If you're in bristol and going anywhere you should come here instead. Pizza was great also. Thanks.

Did not try the food as we came here just for a few drinks, the atmosphere was typical from any BrewDogs around the uk which is great as it maintains the quality. I feel like the Cider felt a lot purer on this BrewDog than the ones in London and the place was better organized/cleaner compared to other BrewDogs. Would definstelt recommend this place to anyone that wants to grab some drinks for fun and the staff was quite nice as well. It is also located very close to a bridge and a river where you can get an amazing view of the city and there are outdoor seating which only makes it better

We came here spontaneously on a Friday night for a couple of drinks, and sat outside. The outdoor seating is nice for watching the world go by, but the venue interior is good too. They have a great selection of beers, and the staff are friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable given the city centre location.
