Great place dont be expecting a fancy hotel its called party pads for a reason close to the town centre staff are amazing with great service and near Everton football ground and Liverpool football ground would stay again
This place is absolutely filthy. I booked it as a cheap place to stay as I had work in the area. I wasnt expecting much but was shocked getting woken up 2am on a Thursday by a full on rave. Drunk people openly smoking drugs and taking balloons in the halls. Calling this place a hotel is just wrong its a crack house
I mean it’s a cheap place to stay. I can deal with it being a bit un clean and I can deal with people getting Upto what they like in their rooms. I got to this place at around 6pm on a Friday. I then went out into town with my friend who was staying in a different room. When I got back later around 1am. People had been in my room and had been drinking and gone through all my stuff then left their bottle of water and lemonade and Fanta. Did even have the decency to leave anything for me to quench my thirst with. Was so annoying.
· The building looked half finished as if it was going to fall down and there's one shared bathroom for the whole hotel with curtains no doors - mess everywhere, not clean at all. Our bedroom door could be pushed open even when locked. Was told we could refund on one of our rooms when we arrived as we asked the week before, then when asked about the refund i got no response even after waiting over a month. Then we never got told the code to get in the front door so was stood outside waiting till 4am till another guest arrived and let us in. Flies in the room when we arrived. Rust / mould on a fridge in there.
Deserves Zero. This is the worst experience I have had staying anywhere. No reception, no identification required, given room key code access without question. We used these codes to enter one of ‘our’ rooms to find two naked people under the bed sheets. Completely unsafe, trying to get our money back. NEVER STAY HERE.
