Fantastic little gem 💎 love this place feel right at home and made welcome with my dogs by Dee the Manager she’s such amazing person and all staff are so friendly, big fan of the quiz night and food is grate, and really good value for money, think this will be my new regular pub 💙
what a great new place we found ,,,great food (steak was amazing)i had mixed grill with home cooked chips bang on and very filling, great atmosphere inside and out met some very friendly customers and a fabulous smile and welcome from the landlady places like this are very hard to find, this place is just set back a little off the main road but very visable and in a very beautiful setting i highly recommend a visit here the service and food is just how i like it great pub atmosphere with great pub food exellent cook and Host,,,Dee,, believe me you will not be disappointed .....very dog friendly there is even a doggie menu...
We popped in here midweek for the first time in a while, and I believe the owners have changed a couple of times. It's nice and cosy in there....maybe a little quiet but it was a weekday. I've driven past on weekends and the car park is full. The food was well priced and nicely presented. Looking forward to going back soon
Stopped here in the way back from holiday, lovely place , friendly staff, very dog friendly as well. Food was lovely only thing I would say is put at least one vegan option on, as there is nothing at all I think they do a nut roast on a Sunday though, so a vegan burger , chilli, anything really , that is the only thing though, other than that it's lovely.
Everything deep fried in old oil and rock hard. The mixed grill was all fried, eggs were fried and unrecognisable, chips fried, rock hard and greasy. Breaded prawns on mixed grill rock rock hard. A full refund was given.
