As we slowly return to normal in the hospitality sector we find ourselves in a situation here at The Boot needing to hire either a full/part time commie chef to help in our busy kitchen.
Main Duties:
Assisting in food preparation
Assisting the head chef
Help with deliveries and restocking
Stock rotation & cleaning duties
Contributing to maintaining kitchen & food standards
Skills Preferred
Basic knowledge of all sections
Ability to produce good quality basic food
Understanding of health & safety
Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
Good communication skills
Good team ethic
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
Positive approachable manner
Team player qualities
