The Blinkin' Owl is a cosy welcoming local pub, with something going on for everyone.

If you enjoy sports we have a pool table and darts board in the bar area and Sky / BT Sport is shown live all day every day.

Our exciting Real Pub Favourites menu offers 2 for £10 on selected meals, showcasing some delicious homemade dishes which are served throughout the day.

Or why not relax in our lounge area, perfect for those that fancy a family meal or just a quiet drink with friends.

Every Tuesday is quiz night, followed by card bingo, Thursday we have free pool and on a Friday we're kickin' it with the karaoke.

Absolutely beautiful food, everything was piping hot and cooked very well. Staff as always were friendly and could not do enough. A very pleasant experience

Food is 5 star. Chef is very good. Service is 5 star. Friendly staff, great service. Atmosphere is 5 star. Friendly, lots of different characters to enhance a typical pub.

This was our 3rd year running we have used the Blinking Owl for our Christmas night out Pontypool leisure centre) As usual food was spot on, quick service & piping hot! Staff were all amazing, the atmosphere & the band were fabulous!! You never fail to disappoint, would definitely recommend ***** Will definitely be returning

The service was excellent. Two people monitoring the pass at all times to ensure hot food service. Not long wait for mains and extremely pleasant staff when interacting. We will be back again and would choose over cheaper alternatives!
