We came with a 3 month old and was worried it might be a bit loud for a baby with the football being on but it was fine. Plenty of TV screens to watch the game. Food very reasonable and Guiness was £1 with a burger. It was £27 for two mains, two drinks and that included service charge. It’s also a dog friendly pub which we didn’t know. So we will definitely be coming back with our dog next time!

What a find Great and cheap food - had the roast dinner and literally half the price of a swanky place, however no drop in quality. Good gravy and unlimited yorkshires come on. Went with the mrs and daughter and very welcoming to families. Clean bright pub toilets spotless. However the thing that makes it stand out was the exceptional service from Jon, helpful but not too in your face, quick getting our food out even though they were busy with other big Christmas bookings. Will definitely be back

Visited this weekend we had a table booked for 1pm, they said there there was one chef so was an hour wait, we ordered and by 3.30 the food still hadn't turned up. We had crying children really hungry, they wouldn't even rush the children's food. We had to get a refund and leave. To add insult to injury they continued to take delivery orders, we could see the manager running the bags to the delivery drivers. Really terrible will not be back , just awful.

Been spruced up in recent months. Reserved a table to watch the Women's World Cup Final. Straightforward booking. Service at the bar was good. Reservation was spot on, good view of one of the many large tvs dotted around the pub. Didn't try the food but our friends tried and were told several items were unavailable so didn't bother in the end.

Went in for the reopening tonight. Roast was absolutely lovely! Meat cooked perfectly, not dry at all. Vegetables were amazing and the beer selection is fantastic! Couldn’t recommend enough!
