The Black Swan is more affectionately known as The Dirty Duck locally. We are located in the heart of the market town, Rugby. We have recently been refurbished but have very much kept our traditional pub features. We have a country pub feel, with our wooden ceiling beams. And have cosy snug areas for you to enjoy a private drink or two with several friends. We have screens dotted around our whole pub allowing you to enjoy watching all live sport. Our beer garden has sheltered cushioned benches and large areas for you to enjoy the sunshine in. We pride ourselves on serving a wide range of drinks including real ale.

We got a dead fly in our shot, when mentioned they asked if it tastes nice with the fly and didn't even offer an apology. The staff is rude.
Just popped in for a pint. Modest interior with some TV screens to see sport events.
Bit quiet for a change 😱 Garden area is best in town, when not full with lowlifes! Seems I picked the right day to be there😃 old Speckled Hen was good as usual, but why has the price suddenly jumped up? Did I misunderstand the last budget....I thought the cost to drinkers was coming down by 11p? NOT UP😡 ROBBERS👎
Nice atmosphere and the staff were nice and gave a very slight discount on multi purchase. The dj was playing good tunes relevant to most age groups and there is a really nice outdoor seating area. Prices very high tho and the deal they had was 5 jaeger bombs for £10 which still seems very steep, furthermore they didn’t even fill up the glass with coke it was only about half full but overall it is a good fun pace just a a bit expensive for not a lot of drink
I went with a bunch of locals that remembered the good old days of the pub and reflected on the history of it. Big changes apparently. I liked it. Not like another true true pub I went to but a great spot to drink a couple hours away. Lots of beer options, lots of folks drinking or have been for many hours :)
