The Black Swan is based in Burn Bridge only a five or ten minute walk from Panel Railway Station which is particularly handy for people attending a function or event here. This is a well run venue where the emphasis is on the customer being encouraged to return time and again. We provide delicious home made food for which people travel from near and far to enjoy. The Black Swan is clean, light and airy with two open fires plus a red / cream decor which makes it all the more welcoming. Be sure to call in next time you are in the area and receive a warm welcome.

Friendly staff and had some good food. Can recommend the black swan burger and I had the beef sandwich which was a decent size and awesome chips.
Stopped in with kids on a long journey home and had a great dinner. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.
Charming big beer garden with lots of benches, plus Neck Oil, Lagunitas and Brixton Lager on tap.
Super location with an amazing sized garden. Relaxing, even with the kids area. Dogs welcome. Food 9/10, only because I'm not a fan of pesto or mustard dressings. Food came in decent time and the staff were really cheerful and nice. Will definitely go again :)
Called in on the hottest day of the year for a simple pub meal in the garden. The quality of the food was far better than the rather plain pub menu would suggest. My chicken Caesar salad was probably the best that I've had for years! Great service and great food with a total bill of less than £50 for the 4 of us. Well done!
