Great pub, service, food and surroundings. Fillet Steak cooked perfectly and a few spritz drinks on offer too. we will be back soon for sure

Stumbled across this 17th century gem quite by chance whilst out for a drive. Initially only wanted a quick drink but ended up staying and buying dinner. The staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming. The food was homemade,very tasty, piping hot and a good size. The icing on the cake was the atmosphere, I'm guessing most in there were locals, but from the moment we entered everyone was so friendly and happy. Well recommended Oh and it's dog friendly too 😃
