Nigel is going away to volunteer as chef on a Forward Assist veterans retreat in France for ten days so the kitchen will be closed from Friday 14th until Saturday 22nd September. That means no fish and chips for two weeks and no Sunday lunch for one week. Apologies for any inconvenience but this is a fantastic opportunity for him to share cooking skills with some men and women on their much needed health giving annual retreat.
