I've stayed here before and can say that the rooms are excellent as are the ensuite. The staff are welcoming,friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and always a pleasure to stay. Well done

The room was very good, apart from its appearance. It could do with upgrading, a coat of paint. The bathroom was excellent, 10 out of 10.

I was very impressed with everything. Staff were brilliant, room was lovely and with the weather being very cold the whole building was constantly warm. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely book again.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was really spacious and good. Great location and reasonable price.The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room was warm and there were no temperature controls. Breakfast was reasonably priced though the food could have been served hot. Parking wasn't guaranteed and we were lucky to find a spot on the street outside. All in all, we liked the hotel and the staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The family room we were in had plenty of room, even with the extra bed. The room was very clean spotless and nicely decorated. The only downside was the room we were in was at the front of the hotel so above the outside tables at the front of the hotel. This made it quite noisy until the bar shut, however, it was a lovely evening so there were lots of people outside. I suspect this would not be an in colder weather!
