I was assaulted by Ed Deegan upon arriving the pub for not being in appropriate attire. Then Claire Deegan proceeded to punch me after I was chocking on the horrible garlic mushrooms which smelt like cheesy feet. Then I ordered a main and a pint, it was horrible I ended up with food poisoning. Overall terrible experience with the the criminal hosts and disgusting food I rate it a 1/10

Lovely pub. Great service. Very welcoming. Was here on Saturday 13th January in morning and evening. Football match in-between.
Nice quiet pub, unfortunately in a transition food wise - so couldn't order. Due to location; a 15-20min walk from the train station nicely quiet and a selection of tables.
I took my daughter here for breakfast on a Saturday morning recently. I have to say a fantastic breakfast, well cooked and very reasonably priced. Claire is also a great host, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
