We are a traditional, friendly, family run pub in the beautiful coastal town of Watchet.
The pub is situated just 100 yards from Watchet's picturesque Marina. We offer a good selection of Local Ales and Ciders, along with Fine Wines and a variety of soft drinks. We have a large menu of freshly prepared, homemade dishes, including a Children's Menu and use local suppliers and produce wherever possible.
The Bell Inn is proud to be host to no less than six skittles teams, a large and extremely popular part of pub life here in Somerset. We also have two quiz teams competing in the Minehead and District Quiz League and run regular pub quizes for locals and visitors alike, as well as monthly Open Mic Nights and Live Music.
What a gem of a pub. Stopped here for a bite to eat and so glad we did I had a ploughman's which was delicious and served with warm baguette, Husband had the curry and said it one of best he had ,
Just had a pint here but a lovely little pub with quite a few tables and a small courtyard. Friendly service with a quirky gents toilets too.
We made a stop to enjoy the view by the lighthouse and have a meal in a local pub. The gentleman behind the bar was very welcoming, the meal was better than imaged, even though we managed to arrive on the pizza night, my 2,5 years old daughter even got a complimentary ice cream and to top it all, the atmosphere was amazing, it is definitely worth another visit if we are nearby, any time, thanks for the lovely evening.
Very accommodating, lovely Sunday Roast and drinks - dogs welcome, and the other regulars, also made us feel very welcome, even giving them treats. Back ground music, was my sort of music 5☆ from me. All in all great atmosphere, and very pleasant staff.
We had a delicious dinner during our recent visit to Watchet. Great friendly service, and what a lovely cosy pub.
