Had a really excellent Sunday roast lunch today. Lovely spicey soup followed by roast pork, and oodles of tasteful veg. Good draught beer. You have a choice of "normal" size or small. The normal was ample so regrettably had no room for dessert. A really lovely village pub as it should be. We will call again, and you should too. The mains were £12 to £17 or so. Very good value as freshly cooked.

Everything you could ask for from a village pub! Friendly, clean, good selection of food and drink, live music etc etc etc. It’s great to see a landlady with so much enthusiasm… it’s paying off!
Just shared a weekend with the lovely people who frequent there and found the landlady and her staff unbelievably welcoming please keep up the good work can’t wait to come and share an ale or two with you all again many thanks Angie and Tony
Visited first time since new owner took over n started food service few weeks ago . Very pleased , my family of 4 adults enjoyed the well prepared menu with excellent desserts. Owner has great service attitude , wine was of good quality n place is cozy. Value for money too !! Thank you Cherie !!
