This is our local and we've hit gold because the food here is just fantastic. The Sunday roast is the best I've had from a restaurant. The rest of the menu changes on a regular basis due to seasonal produce and you can tell that they use fresh produce and chefs that actually care about their output. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a really great selection of drinks as well! The place has a welcoming feeling with a lovely restaurant, dog friendly bar and a great outside area which is a sun trap and overlooks the beautiful church.
Had a lovely evening meal, staff very friendly, polite and attentive. Food was great, very tasty and service was spot on.
We visited this evening for a last minute dinner with my family. Food was amazing, portions a great size and the customer service brilliant. We really enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait to return soon. Thank you.
Had a meal here this evening - first time we've been here - ine if our party was coeliac & the food was almost all GF friendly. It was delicious & the staff very friendly & attentive. The waiter even gave one of us a complimentary bottle of the ketchup, as we had commented how nice it was as a gluten-free product. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next weekend. Lovely little bar/restaurant. Went for breakfast. Staff were great. At first thought the prices were a little high. (I'm still getting used to everything going up in price everywhere). But try the food. It's worth every penny. I had the peppered smoked mackerel and hubby had cheese and onion omelette. Delicious. I'm definitely going back. Parking is the opposite. The also do decaffeinated coffee. I had latte which was good.
