Great pub. Great for dogs too. We loved the bbq smokehouse meats especially the pork belly! Great atmosphere.
The pub may not stand out from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub dogs are also very friendly. We really enjoyed the food and are talking about coming back here the next time we are in the area. The smoked, slow cooked meats are so tender and delicious. Highly recommended if you enjoy that type of food. I also had the sweetcorn fritters as a side, which were also very tasty. Oh, and a good selection of beer, ciders, gins and rums...

Such a gorgeous pub with a lovely atmosphere & very welcoming staff. Our collie got on well with the staff member called Patch, we loved his company! The food was delicious with veggie options for myself which I appreciate! Wilk be back!
We stopped in for Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint! All 6 of us had the carvery and were all left absolutely stuffed (not too stuffed for desert) but the quality was fantastic, all staff were welcoming and friendly but the dogs playing in the bar were even better 🤣. We will definitely be back!
