Saturday 23rd December 2023 This great real pub beside town hall at retford is a hidden gem this pub served today has 5 real ales on hand pump This pub also served real ciders always A comfortable pub with nice background music is an essential visit for all real ale drinkers when in Retford ** THE LANDLORD OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A GENTLEMAN

Excellent drinking establishment, always a great selection of real ales on tap, very well kept and served, they vary all the time, no food just usual crisps etc. But it is a drinking place not a foodie one.
