Our Old English Restaurant with its oak beams, exposed brickwork and inglenook fireplace is very popular with our patrons.
Good quality meals are enjoyed in comfortable surroundings with a choice of our Chef's Specialities (changed daily) or a selection from the A La Carte menu.
Our ever popular two course Sunday roast lunches are available between 12 noon and 3.30pm.
The restaurant seats approximately 150 guests and bookings for parties both large and small can be catered for.
Lunch is served between 12pm and 2.30pm (Mon-Sat) with Sunday Roast being served between 12pm and 3.30pm (Sunday only). Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 9pm (Sun-Thurs) and 6.30-9.30 (Fri and Sat)

Thanks guys, We had a lovely family meal today. We felt very well looked after and the food was great. I would definitely recommend you to anyone for a family get together.
I was definitely impressed with the design of this place, very quaint and has a delightful charm to both exterior and interior. The rooms are well kept, modern and clean. Lovely shower with a large shower head which was very well received and revitalising. We had lunch here, which was nice, felt the service could be slightly improved as only one member of staff on hand as far as I could see. There was a minor mix-up with our booking payments, otherwise I'd be giving this place 5 stars ✨ but as we only stayed one night it wasn't a big deal and dealt with swiftly. Overall, a very nice stay in quite a beautiful, remote and quiet location. Staff were friendly, plenty of parking and town close by.
When for Sunday lunch. Service was very slow had to ask 3 times to order our food. When the food did come the beef was tough and over cooked the pigs in blankets was just sausages. Potatoes were black in places and some of the veg was hard. Very disappointed won't be going back
We didn't stay over but had a lovely meal here. We were a large group with several children but the staff were wonderful, we were never made to feel like the kids were in the way which you can get in some places. Food was served promptly and was really good. We will definitely return - a great family friendly place. Thank you.

A special mention goes to The Greenman Pub for recommending and organising the fantastic DJ Sparky. His music selection and energy got everyone on the dance floor, and the party atmosphere reached new heights. DJ Sparky truly knows how to keep the crowd entertained, and his contribution played a significant role in making the night unforgettable.
