About us

Re-opened for Christmas 2016 the Prince of Wales has been given an extensive, and impressive, refurbishment which brings the decor of this historic venue right up to date.

New tenant, Chris Sweeting, brings a wealth of experience to this new venture and will be pleased to return the Prince of Wales to it's former glories.

With an extensive menu of traditional pub food, a great wine list, and a wide selection of spirits, soft drinks, and locally brewed Wells and Youngs ales (plus the odd regional guest), the Prince of Wales is the perfect venue to enjoy a quiet lunch with friends or work colleagues, or a family get together.

Parties of any size are welcome, and we will be happy to discuss either set menus or buffet options for larger groups.

To the rear of the pub is our fabulous beer garden, a real hidden gem in the village - ideal for relaxing of a summers afternoon.

Whatever it is that you want from a village pub, we will be happy to provide at the Prince pf Wales Bromham, so please pop in and give us a try.

Lovely pub, lovely grub, friendly staff and people friendly with a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended. It's slightly secluded but if you want a quiet few beers and food, look no further. Would definitely go back. The pie and mash, veg, gravy was absolutely delicious šŸ˜‹

Visited the Prince of Wales for a group Sunday dinner. After previously eating here one evening, I found their Sunday roasts a step up from the main menu. It might not be as cheap as some of the big name carveries but Iā€™d prefer to support the local independents over the big names. The service here had a nice friendly local feel to it, which made us feel very welcome. The roast dinners that everyone had were well received. The plates had plenty on them, with a good size Yorkshire pudding, as well as assorted veg, roast potatoes and a good gravy to accompany the meat. The pork also came with a nice piece of crackling that lived up to its name. The rest of the menu covers many pub favourites, availability of some popular items may vary on busy days. Desserts seemed to be the usual mix of hot & cold options (sticky toffee, crumble, cheesecakes etc) and whilst not original were still more than welcome.

Great pub and great beer. Online advertised as open till 12. When we turned up the signage said 10:30. Not a problem as we were there at 8. Blonde haired barmaid came out at 8:40 and said she was calling last orders as she had somewhere to be. No ideal. Sent home maybe 6-7 tables early. Very frustrating. All visibly confused
