Me and my wife stayed here for a couple of night's, and we couldn't thank Chantelle enough for her politeness and service. She took care of our every request in a very professional manner. Its good to see staff like this.
Chantelle took care of us from start to finish ensuring our stay was comfortable and welcoming. She was friendly and handled any questions we had well. If this is the level of staffing throughout the white hart, we will be coming back again.
The winds were blistering cold the other evening, whilst out on my walk! So I decided to pop into the White Hart for a winter warmer. The staff were lovely but one young lady in particular went above and beyond for me. I have never been treated so well! Miss Chantelle Williams. You were an absolute delight. So kind and thoughtful. Me and my girls went out for birthday night out and stopped at the white hart. Absolutely brilliant service, sever Owen was absolutely amazing to accommodate an all our needs and was so friendly and helpful. Reeneh (assistant manger ) had everything under control within the establishment. Will definitely be returning!!
The rooms were okay, but certainly not worth the money charged. Got burnt by the towel rail which was insanely hot, lawsuit waiting to happen there. There were two real issues were the price and the service. Getting served in the main bar was an exercise in patience. Twenty minutes with no one else at the bar. Breakfast in the morning was even worse. Sat at our table for thirty five minutes before we could order, and that was only because i eventually pointed out that we'd been waiting and checkout was in a half hour. Twenty five minutes for a coffee because "we're really backed up on hot drinks". Didn't like it when i pointed out that no one had been near the coffee machine for ten minutes as i was sitting opposite. Went for a wedding and the bride and groom were happy. Fortunately i never have to go back to this place. Avoid.
