Had a lovely meal, of fish and chips, with mushy peas, and a pint. Would go back again. Lovely friendly staff. Happy days. 😊
I love the Bear. It's local to my Nan's house in Millom. They always have Wainwright on draft and it's always fresh. Plus nice ales. Thanks for a lovely visit
Called in for lunch as was dog friendly while we were out walking from Haverigg. Had chef special sausage curry and carbonara, followed by sticky toffee pudding and a latte. Fodd was fantastic value for money and a great choice. Staff really friendly and welcoming. We will be back next time we return to the area
Fun room out the back. With pool tables, jukebox claw machine and dogs welcome but don't eat the food! It's soo greasy and clearly the oil is never changed. My fish batter and chips were basically black.
Great full english breakfast and cappuccino. Dogs welcome, 2 large rooms one dining area, the other has jukebox and pool table. Good prices, small row of shops out front with post office over the road.
