We are a fully licensed, 18 bedroom hotel, located in a rural setting between Pickering and Malton on the edge of the North York Moors National Park.
We offer modern hotel accommodation, ideal for holidays, weekend or short breaks and business trips. We also offer ground floor accommodation which is accessible by wheelchair.
We provide a range of accommodation including room only and bed & breakfast rates. Our rooms include single bedrooms which are perfect for the business traveller, double, twin and family bedrooms.
The kitchen team pride themselves in using freshly cooked local and seasonal produce wherever possible. They seek to serve you with delicious and well presented food.

It may say 2 stars but it's definitely better than some 3 star hotels I've stayed at. The staff are all nice and friendly, the room was clean and the food was good. It's in a great location for Pickering and the surrounding areas. The car park is a good size and well lit. I'm looking forward to the next time i have to stay there.
Lovely friendly family run hotel great menu food drinks plenty of parking with a well lit up car park on dark evenings and mornings great value you for money I have been visiting Beansheaf for a good few years now always warm & welcoming excellent all round
Apparently this is a 2 star hotel - i dont think so. Its lovely, ive stayed in 4 star places much worse than this. Great food, clean and comfy rooms, lovely small bar. Breakfast was excellent, hot, tasty and quick.
This was our second visit and all was excellent. Our room was perfect, the food delicious, with a great choice on the menu along with a specials board. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is first class. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay.
Really lovely friendly hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had a lovely night's sleep. Perfect breakfast. And all, a very good price! Would definitely stay again.
