About us

We have five beautiful venues that are located in prime, high street locations in affluent towns and cities around the Home Counties.

We focus on fresh food, wine, craft beers and classic cocktails from around the world. We try to do the simple things exceptionally well, striving to exceed expectations, whenever possible.

The Baroosh vision is to provide an environment that will make you feel great and stay for longer! Our teams are rated by guests as friendly, attentive, interested & knowledgeable. We use renowned bar designer, Philip Harrison to ensure every bar welcomes you into a warm, relaxed and contemporary space.

Share & enjoy great food in style at any time of the day, with a brilliant brunch offer for early birds, a variety of nibbly bits perfect for anytime grazing and bigger plates for meal times.

We are crazy about quality wines, hand crafted cocktails and premium spirits. A quirky and innovative collection of world beers flow from our taps and fill the fridges. Expertly kept real ales brewed by Hertford brewer, McMullen’s who lead the way in the renaissance of proper craft beer.

Bottoms up as we say!.

Large and spacious pub with many things to do. We had a blast playing shuffleboard till closing. Didn’t try the food but would come back!

Visited here with friends in November. Lovely place with a genuinely fun atmosphere, staff were friendly and food was really enjoyable! We were hoping to stay for 3 courses (as we had travelled a long way to catch up with friends) but after our main a member of staff informed us that the next booking would be arriving in half an hour and they would need the table. So we went elsewhere for dessert. Not a problem, but it would have been nice to be given the option to book a longer slot in advance.

Town and Gown is a large, beautifully designed downtown pub in Cambridge. The spacious interior covers two levels (a second bar and the loos are on the upper level), and the décor is rather spectacular, certainly the most beautiful I've seen in the city centre. The outside seating area to the front is rather small by comparison. A limited cask selection is augmented by plenty of kegged beers. The loos are modern and clean. Prices aren't exactly low, but they aren't anywhere else in the area either. Really a place you have to visit in Cambridge when you're tired from visiting all those colleges.

Brilliant Mcmullens pub/theatre/events venue. A quite new opening (2020) converted from a bar and before that an arts cinema. Has that unique theatre bar feel. Full range of Mcmullens beers etc. Lots of varied seating spaces and levels. Love the shuffle puck table, spent an hour playing on it a big plus for the pub. 👍 from Matty x
