The Bandon Arms is a delightful traditional listed pub which has benefited from an extensive refurbishment. Located on the very edge of Lowtown, Bridgnorth, home to the Seven Valley Steam Railway and within easy reach of Ironbridge Gorge, it is ideal for tourists. The Bandon Arms is also only 14 miles from Wolverhampton and 11 miles from Telford, making it ideal for business guests.
AMAZING food. I had the steak and ale pie and it was delicious. 10/10 for food. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Lovely, warm welcoming pub.
Worst food we had in a long time! The photos speak for themselves. Waited 40 min to get what ressembled a starter. The calamari plate was literally disgussting. Then we waited another 30 min to be served with their gourmet chicken burger which was awful. You'll be the judge if this meal for two with a couple of drinks was worth nearly £55.
Went for the first time and had a lovely meal with great service. Couldn't fault anything. Our server was just wonderful! If she was an employee of mine I would feel extremely happy to have her at front of house! Exactly what you'd want as a member of staff! Will definitely return!
From the moment we entered we were made to feel very welcome and showed to a available table of our choice, we gave our drinks order to the waitress and then when they arrived we ordered our meals without any delay. The atmosphere was lovey and the food was excellent. We will definitely be going back there next time we're in Bridgnorth I certainly would recommend the Bandon Arms to anyone who wants a good meal, and great service well done to everyone who made our visit great.
Thanks to Milly, we had a great time! She was extremely attentive, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely spot on. If you get chance, and it's on the menu, go for the pork hock in mustard sauce. Thanks for a great night guys.
