Interesting place, friendly staff and nice music, however the volume was too high to have a conversation, the place needs a good clean and although we might not be the right age level the food was definitely not 5 stars, it's ok if your hungry and the concept of 3 small portions for £10 is great, but the food is not the reason to come. There are many drinks options and it's really nice place with a lovely atmosphere.
Support your local business. Good beers and cocktails (a list as long as your arm) at a good price. Food is nice too especially the sides and starters. Bar staff are always very chilled and want to help and on a Thursday you can go downstairs and watch some young people mix jungle and DnB for several hours. My fave weird odd pub in Bournemouth. Third year coming to Bournemouth second time in The Four Horseman. Found by accident but glad we did. The staff are awsome and the roast Sunday lunch was amazingly good with fresh veg, yummy 😋 highly recommended 👌
Great vibe, great atmosphere, epic decor however the food is so so. Drinks are great....strong for the prices which is always great..they do have a very wide variety of food and alcohol with quirky features to them which is nice to try and experience. Staff and very friendly and helpful even when not impressed with the food which shows pure professionalism. Go four horseman!
In a town with very few independent pubs this is a great, 90s-inspired retro bar and kitchen. I loved the alternative decor, especially the upstairs murals. Friendly staff and a huge selection of craft beers, ciders and spirits. Would love to be here when live music starts up again!
