The best bread I have ever try. Simon who is baking all goodies have extraordinary knowledge. Pastry is malting in mouth. LOVE IT !!!!

I tried Simonās sourdough bread and itās delicious, itās light and airy and has a yummy sourness to it that is perfectly balanced. It is by far the best sourdough bread I have tried and exceeds any shop bought variety. I will continue to purchase my bread from Simon and support local businesses. I can highly recommend
