Not surprised it has 3 stars, staff absolutely rude, the girl has assaulted my friend when staff didn’t do anything about that, but when I can came to speak with that girl she started screaming and security finally decided to do their job, I was having the rudest conversation with the 18 years old “managers”, should be a joke!! Unfortunately unacceptable, was offered in the rudest way to complain to the email that “manager” would suggest, probably would change absolutely nothing! The absolute mess with the rudest staff I have met!
Hosts the best night out in Leeds! Absolutely recommend this place if you’re ever in the city. Me and my friends used to always go Manchester for a night out but we stick to Leeds now thanks to The Backroom bringing back the classic night out vibes. I lost my friends towards the end of the night and my battery had died so I went up to the man at the door I think his name was kuli he was so helpful and kind unlike most security at other clubs from my experience who can be intimidating, unapproachable and unkind! It’s important for women to feel safe these days in these environments so very impressed by security at this club!
If you want good vibes, music and to celebrate properly on a night out with your mates then take my advice and go here. Been going here for years never had a bad night, never any complaints. Spent New Year’s Eve here twice and a few birthdays, always welcomed to our table with best service. Drinks always nice, bar staff always friendly and security always there when you need them. Always treated well by Kully and welcomed back with respect.
Best club in Leeds! We always go here, music is always good and overall atmosphere. All the security are really helpful here always friendly, especially Kully who’s always polite and welcoming. Had a problem last night and security were quick to sort the issue out and made sure I was okay :)
We had our Christmas at the backroom, they were brilliant right from booking it and all through the night. Great feedback from the team saying how fantastic it was and the bar staff very polite and helpful. The Photo Booth was so good, we have already been asked if we are booking it again next year. Would highly recommend a party here
