Updating my review: been here many times and it is consistently great. Excellent value for money. The food is delicious and big portions. Proper grub. Good service. Please note: no lunch on Mon or Tue but otherwise open!
Very rarely go but last time i went on a Tuesday they weren't doing lunch. :/ Dissapointing. Other places to eat out in sea mills are the hideaway (which is overpriced and terrible) or the Cafe on the square (which is usually packed full of old people having tea and cake and sat chatting all day). Lunch should always be available. Especially in a place where you very rarely can go out for lunch.
I eat here a lot and I’m never disappointed. The food is flavoursome, staff is great and it’s a very well kept pub.. I would recommend to anyone
Haven't been in the pub for a long while but called in for a dinner last night and it was excellent. The food was really tasty, massive portions and good value. Well worth a visit.
A lovely little local pub. A good amount of seating inside and outside. Very friendly staff, they make you feel very welcome. The regulars also make the place extra nice, making you want to come back again and again. It is decorated brightly and modern. The toilets are very clean. A good range of drinks and food available, at reasonable prices. Food is amazing and all home cooked!! Would definitely recommend.
