Had to wait about 5 minutes yo get served .then the bloke had an attitude .he is lucky I never lumped him one under the chin
This is an ordinary decent estate pub, down the road from my mother's retirement apartment. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it. It has a friendly dog and still does Dry Blackthorn but I think nowadays it's not quite so dry as in my hay day. Recommended and I'll use it again when visiting mum and Stockwood.....Have used it again. It was more crowded but ordinary and safe for a quick pint of natch and awhisky. Still highly recommended.
This is an excellent ordinary pub on the edge of Stockwood Bristol. Nice whisky and cider.
Very clean pub. Locals and owner very friendly. Decor is really clean. Nice selection of beers, ales, ipas etc. Seating outside to plus off street parking. Worth the visit.
