Good tables but they need keys or a deposit and only accept cash
Took my 12 year old son here after he became interested in snooker from watching Ronnie O Sullivan! Very friendly staff who were very helpful as we are complete novices. Very friendly members who come here who were happy to help us set up our snooker table. Cheap drinks and snacks. We loved the old fashioned feel of the place.....felt like we were going back in time. Would come again as really enjoyed it!
Snooker City is cold, smelly, there are loads of old farting men and they have a mouldy ceiling. But it’s raining, the drinks are cheap, my best buddy and I want to play snooker for hours and drink Guinness. There’s nowhere I would rather be.
I came here after looking for an open bar to drink with a friend and I wasn't disappointed! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, I even had some banter. The drinks were reasonably priced and there was a decent selection. There were a lot of tables and the punters seemed approachable. I personally like the atmosphere that old pubs have to offer that newer pubs do not. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
We all went Saturday for a birthday cake for a lad of 14 . and the young lads were running and having fun. When the staff could see it getting busy just had a word no fuss thanks guy
