Old local pub, great service, unique interior.
First time visit . Open Mike night lot of talented people. Got the impression good local pub , not many around these days. Good beer prices , staff good and helpful. I will visit again and recommend. Did not have food
The service and drink were fine. However, it's unfortunate that the condition of the toilet was extremely poor. Maintaining cleanliness and comfort for all customers is crucial, so it's important for businesses to pay attention to every aspect of their establishment. Providing a pleasant restroom experience is definitely a consideration that can enhance customer satisfaction.
After a short closure and a 'holding manager this pub now seems in safe hands. It has good Thatcher's cider, interesting radical magazines and a parrot, (well Bristol is Long John Silver's town). Well worth using.
I was very impressed with the Xmas decorations at this pub. Really made an effort and it's good to see a proper pub doing well. Barman was very friendly and welcoming. Drinks are a decent enough price. Interior decor is nice and well maintained.
