Great location, loads of room for big group events, big enough to accommodate kids parties plus quiet areas for couples etc. Good value for money with a wide range of food on the menu. Polite & friendly staff. I've not been here for a while but plan to return.

No value for money here. If anyone wants to order the BBQ chicken sliders, you’ll be receiving just a small chicken goujon cut in half 👍

Used to come here to watch the football alot. Was an old regular but pub went down hill. Noticed it's now under new management. What a change in the place is night and day. Was made to feel very welcome. Staff were great and happy. Sophie needs a special mention. What a delight and very helpful with sorting us a good table. Like old times in there again. Very enjoyable 😃

We visited this pub as a large group without a booking on Saturday we were greeted warmly by a lovely lady (Cliona) she managed to find us a table despite how busy it clearly was. We ordered several starters and then mains as well as desserts! All of the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. All the way through. Would we return? Yes! 5 stars well deserved.

Looks nice from the out side and was nice inside that's about all it had going for it we ordered food and drinks quite simple order coke and cup of tea I ended up waiting about 10 mins for my tea we had to ask in the end when it was coming that jogged that they were suposed to make one it came and was only half a pot and was cold enoug a 3 year old could have drank it so I took it back an complained took another 7 mins to deliver another pot that too was not much hotter then the first one but went with it. Food we waited as least 45 mins for it when the pub was practically empty it came things were cold an hot on the plate when it all should have been hot how they managed to get cold onion rings warm chips yet boiling hot sausages is beyond me the 2 mixed grills we got were not consistently plated one of us had what looked like the left over stake bit not impressed at all with the service we were not asked at all if everything was OK at any point of our stay there? Least to say I would not recommend here to any one an I will not return to try again 😠😕😟good job I was not a secret shopper they would have failed ......
