Booked Lola Lo for a party last Saturday early evening. We had no issues and Alex and his staff were all super helpful! We all had an amazing time!
We went last night as a mixed group of 10 and we were slightly dreading it after reading the reviews, however the staff were excellent and the doorman were very pleasant and went out of their way to be polite and courteous. We had an excellent evening and would go back.
Went for new years and was told good things before going for the first time. Instantly had issues with bouncers staring at female friends and one the bouncers threw my mate across the main room for leaning on a booth he was in. Another friend was also dragged out his shirt for spilling a drink on the bar. Ruined the night not going back.
I hired the club for a private party, after visiting and falling in love with the place. The attention and care I received from the management in making sure all our requirements and needs were met was outstanding. On the night, the door staff were the most respectful, polite friendly staff anyone could ask for- they even went along with the theme of the party! The bar staff worked so incredibly hard, my guests all received excellent service. The DJ interpreted the room and played accordingly to ensure the dance floor stayed packed. The management team were exceptional. They stayed all night to ensure we had the best service and kept coming to check in with me to make sure everyone was happy. The whole experience was fantastic. My guests had the best night, it was an absolutely wonderful time all thanks to the combined hard work of all the staff. Would highly recommend for private hire. Absolutely superb.
Bouncers are all on a power trip, venue is tiny (the size of 2 uni accom kitchens joined together) and the air gets filled with sweat if it’s remotely busy. There is no real reason to go here, the clubs nearby are all better
