Across the UK, pubs, taprooms, social clubs and hospitality venues are at the centre of their communities. Looking after their regulars, providing services to their communities, raising money for charity and tackling loneliness and social isolation.
From 13-16 December, we want to flood social media and MPs’ inboxes with messages about why Pubs Matter, as we head into a festive season that is very different to normal.

The rugby Autumn Internationals are kicking off this weekend as the Northern Hemisphere welcomes the Southern Hemisphere. A total of 14 games are being played in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales and the good news is - they’re all being shown on the tele! So even if you can’t make it to the match you can still enjoy all the excitement of the home nations’ action down your local.

The cold and dreary winter is nearly over and for rugby fans, we have lots to look forward to - The RBS Six Nations! After last year's World Cup Eddie Jones' England roared back, following World Cup embarrassment to complete a remarkable Grand Slam. Have Ireland got the depth to wrestle the crown back? Can Wales conjure a style of play that's not all bish, bash, bosh? And what about France? All will be revealed this February and March.
