Situated in a rural setting, The Askwith Arms is between Otley and Ilkley and enjoys stunning views over Wharfedale.
The Askwith Arms has something to offer everyone: family friendly, dog friendly, and welcomes walkers, cyclist, motorbikes and coachtrips. We also have cosy snug areas of the bar for those who prefer a quiet drink by the fire.

Great quality, great value homemade food is available daily – every day from 12. Please note that the pub/ restaurant is closed every Monday, (but does open on Bank Holiday Mondays)
Delicious Sunday roasts served weekly – our last food order on Sundays is 6:30pm, please book a table if at all possible when wishing to dine, especially after 3pm on Sundays to ensure that you can be accommodated.
There is a lively Friday night quiz at 8:30pm- a novel paper-free “smartphone Quiz” suitable for all ages and abilities.

Visited to stay for a couple of nights in our motorhome. Had great meals for 2 nights too, a popular pub. Landlords are a super couple, great to chat with. Pub has been sold, new owners take over in January for complete refit. A lovely view from the car park.
Never experienced such an amazing service, the host was the best pub host I think I have ever met, she simply could not do enough for us! Besides that, we had some food, mine was a bacon, egg and sausage "bap", but it was so much more. Everything, including the bread was so fresh, the bacon perfectly cooked, the chunky chips so tasty and freshly made. And obviously the drinks were great too. I forgot to mention, the location is gorgeous and the view was stunning from the beer garden.

Wow! I was totally shocked by how incredible and tasty the food were at Askwith Arms. I ordered the pork belly roast and the meat was amazing, just fell apart. The dessert was always yummy. The pub is very cosy and spacious for social distancing. The staff as lovely! Can’t wait to come back.
We stayed at a nearby Airbnb and ate here on both nights we stayed. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. The pub a traiditional country pub, we had a dog so were in the snug. They've recently got a new head chef who spoke to us about the food, how it was cooked, what he liked to cook etc. The standard of the food is what you expect in a high end restaurant and I cannot recommend the Askwith Arms enough.
