The Armoury, has a great selection of quality real ales, with housing Robinsons award-winning ales; Unicorn, Dizzy Blonde. We also stock Guinness, Carling, Coors Light, Fosters, Strongbow, Strongbow Dark Fruits and Stella Artois. You will also find an eclectic choice of wines spirits and soft drinks.
I'd definitely go back, and looking at the league tables in the Championship, and League Two, probably next season! Having Robinson's Trooper on draught almost made up for the disappointment when we found the brewery locked up, and deserted on a Saturday, but this place had a warm welcome for strangers (groundhoppers, rather than away fans), and all the staff were cheerful and friendly, and they will serve you eventually, no matter how many barrels need changing!
Great local with Robinson's ale on top form. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere, large outdoor drinking area.
Excellent pub, great beer garden and delicious food. The bar maid (Paz) was absolutely lovely! Dog friendly too 🐕🐕💕
The food is in generous portions, the atmosphere is traditional pub yet still family friendly. The staff couldn't have been nicer throughout our meal. Clean, welcoming and good value for money.
