Welcome to Arcade Tavern a modern craft beer cafe bar housed in a beautiful Grade 2 Georgian town house in the center of Ipswich.

We have over 120 of the latest Craft beers, many are at the cutting edge of brewing from small independant brewers, usually stock is limited and quite hard to obtain. New stock arrives weekly. We have many of the original Craft beers from the USA, true innovators of the craft beer movement. We stock the Belgian favourites, including DeuS Brut des Flanders , Champagne Beer , all are served in their own unique glasswear. look out for Delirium Tremens , voted worlds best beer.

Also stocking over 75 Small Batch Gins. come to one of our famous Gin tasting events.

Beer and food pairing a speciality. Events monthly in the Tasting room with its own dedicated Bar and Courtyard. Tasting room also available for Private Hire. Corporate product Launch and client entertaining in a unique setting.

Board room Hire with widescreen tv and pc link. and ample free wifi

Private Dining Room on the first floor for 30. with its own dedicated bar stocking over 40 whiskeys and Bourbons.

Fabulous bar for beer enthusiasts. A great range of styles on draught, and an emphasis on Belgians on bottle - with seasonal specials too, not just standard lines. Carried 2 cask lines - nothing special but eminently drinkable, and much better than you'll find nearby. Best bar for beer in Ipswich, by a margin!

Came in for a drink twice today so cant judge the food. Like the impressive craft beer range and also happy to see decent 0% options from Big Drop. Despite being busy got served nicely- Thank you A.T. Team

Lovely little place with several rooms you can sit in with a 2nd bar that i guess is used on busy nights. Has a covered outside area as well on the street. Also has free WiFi and I had a good connection so no complaints there. Music was a nice level so i could make calls easy. Pity they don't do food other than bar snacks and sausage rolls but not every where can I know.

Been popping in here recently on a Saturday for a couple of drinks, good choice of wine and beer and a lovely sausage roll to snack on too. Staff very nice and polite - would recommend.

Fantastic venue. Nestled away just off the main shopping area this pub has an excellent selection of beers. There are many keg offerings, a couple of cask beers and fridges full of wonderful Belgian bottles (each with their own matching glass, so done properly). Ample outside seating and plenty of room inside too. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. There is a food offer but as we didn’t order any we can’t really comment. Would highly recommend a visit, we didn’t want to leave and would have happily stayed for the entire day.
